Is your jewelry water resistant?

Our jewelry is considered water resistant and will not tarnish. We recommend avoiding salt water, chlorine and harsh chemicals for long lasting shine.

Does your jewelry contain Nickel or Lead?

All our jewelry is made for sensitive skin and does not contain any nickel or lead.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed we ship out within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping 3-6 business days and Priority shipping 2-3 business days. Excluding weekends and Holidays. U.S. only

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, to most countries.

Once the package is delivered, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item(s) back unworn and in its original condition for store credit only. We do not provide refunds at this time.

You will receive a return label that will be deducted from your store credit. 

Any returns that are over 30 days from the received date will not be accepted. 

All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return and will be discarded. 

We offer 60 days warranty after the delivery date for damaged items. We offer a replacement if the item is still in stock or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value if the item is sold out. Warranty does not apply to Sale items. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
