What is Gold Filled?
Gold Filled jewelry undergoes a mechanical bonding process that melts a thicker layer of gold onto the base metal. It results in a more resilient exterior that’s not prone to flaking or cracking. There is almost 100 percent more gold in gold-filled items than found in gold-plated items.

Sterling silver has a purity of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. When taken care of correctly, sterling silver jewelry can last you a lifetime. People who are allergic to metals such as nickel and or brass can wear sterling silver jewelry without much worry.
Shipping & Return
All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles. Allow 1-2 business days for orders to process excluding weekends and Holidays.
USPS First Class Mail shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days and Priority Shipping will take approximately 1-3 business days.
All packages shipped with a tracking number comes with "Shipping Insurance" for all domestic orders. There are no hidden charges or fees. Coverage provided is for all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit, and physical loss or damage from theft upon delivery. DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET?
It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive by USPS. If you have not received your package after 2-3 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
International orders are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail shipping and will take approximately 7-21 days. Expedited Shipping is available at checkout.
First class shipping does not have expedited brokerage, which means your packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks.
LE sensor does NOT take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, and import taxes. Customs charges are different for every country.
Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is being held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us at email@example.com.
We keep it simple
Once the package is delivered, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item(s) back unworn and in its original condition for store credit.
You will receive a return label that will be deducted from your store credit.
Any returns that are over 30 days from the received date will not be accepted.
All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return and will be discarded.

We offer 60 days warranty after the delivery date for damaged items. We offer a replacement if the item is still in stock or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value if the item is sold out. Warranty does not apply to Sale items.

Our jewelry is considered water resistant and will not tarnish. We recommend avoiding salt water, chlorine and harsh chemicals.

How to store our jewelry
Keep your gold filled and sterling silver jewelry as dry as possible. Store in a dark cool place (use our custom pouch or box) and keep it away from humidity and the sun when not wearing it.
We recommend you remove all jewelry before sleeping, taking a shower, cleaning, swimming, washing the dishes, participating in water sports or extreme sport activities to avoid gold discoloration, and damaging your piece.
