SHIPPING

Due to COVID-19, Standard shipping and Priority Shipping may take longer than usual. We cannot issue any SHIPPING REFUND due to the delays with USPS. 

Allow 1-2 business days once your order is placed for your order to process and ship out. Excluding weekends and Holidays.

Shipping for domestic US orders for standard USPS First Class Mail shipping will take 3-5 business days.

 

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET? 

It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. If it does not show up by then, please check your local post office.

For any "Delivered" packages that may have been stolen, misplaced, lost or mishandled, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.

LE sensor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions. For any questions regarding tracking the customer is responsible for contacting the shipper for further details and/or open a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail shipping and it will be untrackable.

First class shipping does not have expedited brokerage, which means your packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks.

LE sensor does NOT take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your box as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over Customs, charging taxes, and fees.

Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us and we'll discuss issuing a credit for a future order.

 

RETURNS

We offer store credit ONLY and NO refunds for any returns. Sale items do not apply and are FINAL SALE.

Once the package is delivered, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item(s) back unworn and in its original condition. Please make sure to contact us via email for all returns for a faster processing time. Email: contact@shoplesensor.com

Any returns that are over 30 days from the received date will not be accepted. 

If you are shipping back an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note return shipping fee will be the buyers responsibility. 

All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return.

REFUNDS 

Currently we only offer store credit and no refunds.

 

DAMAGED ITEM(S):

You may contact us at contact@shoplesensor.com within 30 days from the delivered date if you wish to receive a replacement or exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value for the damaged item received.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
