Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles. Allow 1-2 business days for orders to process excluding weekends and Holidays.

USPS First Class Mail shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days and Priority Shipping will take approximately 1-3 business days. 

All packages shipped with a tracking number comes with "Shipping Insurance" for all domestic orders. There are no hidden charges or fees. Coverage provided is for all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit, and physical loss or damage from theft upon delivery. Le Sensor offers free domestic shipping on orders over $75+ and free international shipping on orders over $150+. 

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET? 

It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive by USPS. If you have not received your package after 2-3 business days, please email us at contact@shoplesensor.com with your order number. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

International orders are shipped via standard USPS First Class Mail shipping and will take approximately 7-21 days. Expedited Shipping is available at checkout.

First class shipping does not have expedited brokerage, which means your packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks.

LE sensor does NOT take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, and import taxes. Customs charges are different for every country. 

Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is being held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us  at contact@shoplesensor.com 

RETURNS

We keep it simple

Once the package is delivered, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item(s) back unworn and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds at this time. All returns will be processed as store credit

You will receive a return label that will be deducted from your store credit. Returns must be sent out to our return center within 7 days of receipt of your return label or the label will expire. Once we receive your return, we will email you back with your store credit within 2-5 business days. Any shipping cost from the original order will not be applied to the store credit. 

Any returns that are over 30 days from the received date will not be accepted. 

All returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept the return and will be discarded.

WARRANTY  

We offer 60 days warranty after the delivery date for damaged items. We offer a replacement if the item is still in stock or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value if the item is sold out. Warranty does not apply to Sale items. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
