Everything you need to know about processing, delivery, and tracking your LE Sensor order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles.

Ready-to-wear orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Personalized and made-to-order jewelry requires an additional 1–3 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During launches, promotions, and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

U.S. Shipping

We offer the following USPS shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage: estimated delivery within 2–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: estimated delivery within 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed by LE Sensor.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75 USD.

Canada and Australia

We currently ship internationally to Canada and Australia.

International packages may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout. Available rates and estimated delivery times will appear during checkout.

Free international shipping is available on orders over $150 USD.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the original estimate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking activity to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact support@shoplesensor.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

LE Sensor cannot replace orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If Tracking Says Delivered

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package delivered shortly before it arrives.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

1. Check around the delivery area and with other members of your household.

2. Check with neighbors, your building manager, or front desk.

3. Contact the shipping carrier or your local postal office.

4. Allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery.

If the package still has not arrived, email support@shoplesensor.com with your order number and tracking information. We’ll help you review the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.

Delays

Carrier delivery estimates are outside LE Sensor’s direct control. Weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, and seasonal shipping volume may cause delays.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact support@shoplesensor.com and we’ll help investigate.
